Refund policy

We strongly believe in every one of our products and we want every customer to be satisfied with our brand.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, they are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE. Because of COVID-19, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and for any trays cracked in the shipping processes. Lashes are not typically affected by a cracked case.
